Ok so for English we have to write an essay, but before we do that, we must lay-out our entire essay in a quite strange format!. Ive been sick but going to school because i can't afford to miss 2-3 weeks of school!. But anyways, I'm having a really hard time thinking of a thesis!. We had to pick a prompt and the one i choose is "It is damaging when one relies on the opinions of others for self-esteem!." It has to be about beauty :/

The way you wrote it the prompt says otherwise!. You said it had to be on beauty!. There is more to self-esteem than being pretty!. If you are bad in sports, you'll suffer in gym class!. Or if you are horrible in school you could be labeled stupid!. All those will keep people from doing their best, because they don't want to be told they did something wrong, or look stupid!.

umm ya your getting close with that but i don't think it would quite work since its a known fact that people do rely on opinions of others for their self esteem!.
