I'm in middle school and i want to take the band class!. I want to learn drums and clarinet!. How hard is it to learn!?

You can be playing at a beginner level very quickly!. It all depends on you and if you practice, practice, practice!.
Practice your scales diligently!.
Drum s take coordination and a good sense of rhythm!. Again you have to learn how to read music to become a good, and contributing member of your band!.Playing in band can be a lot of fun!

It depends on what you want to do later on!. If you want to be in marching band in high school, go for clarinet!. If you're more interested in being in your own band, go for drums!.
Personally, I think drums in middle school is more fun!. You get to try out all the different types of percussion!. It's alot of fun :) I also think the drums are easier!.
