My 1st job was in London (UK), whiihc I hated!.!.!.!.so I know a bit about homesickness! Do you like to read!? If so, throw yourself into a good book & your misery will evaporate!. Journalling is also supposed to ease the soul (I can't keep a diary to save my life, but others have told me it's good therapy!)
Does your dad go out!? Or are you looking after him!? Either way you deserve some "Me" time!.!.!.!.mine's a lovely long bubbly bath!.!.!.!.but just do something you enjoy (crafts are also good) for an hour & see how much better you feel!.
