Question: What Is The Polite Thing to Do When You Receive a Message and Have to Call Back!.!.!.!.!?
I received a message over my phone from the editor of our newspaper!. I have tried to call him back a couple of times today, but his message says that he's away from his desk!. Part of me thinks that leaving a message would just be the start of "message ping pong"!. Would you suggest leaving a message or trying to call back every so often to reach him!? I would still call the editor back and let them know that you received the first message and you were returning the call!. Maybe suggest a time that would be best for them to call you or just say that you will return their call!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I would just leave a message and give the editor a few days to return your call!. If no response, then it's okay to call back!. I wouldn't just keep calling over and over, more than likely they have caller ID!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
