ok, i like this Boy that is in the same grade as me and last year @ the end of school i told him that i liked him, and he said that he could have guessed that by the way i flirt with him! and then skool sarted a little while ago, and he hasent talked to me, and then my friend ( with out my permission) asked him if he would go out with me if i ever asked!?!?!? and he said yeah MAYBE!
i think that maybe means ill think about it, but the answer will probally be no! so what do you think!?!?!?!?!?!?

I think you have been as forward as you need to be in indicating to him that you like him!. And he also probably knows that you would like to go out with him!.
So, I would continue to flirt with him!.!.!.let's say!.!.!.for a week or so!. Then if he doesn't respond!? STOP flirting altogether!.
If he enjoyed your flirting and he misses it!.!.!.he will certainly approach you!.
If he only thought it was fun but is not really comfortable asking you out, or if he doesn't want a relationship with you right now!.!.!.you can focus your attention on other people!.
Other than asking him out directly (which I assume you'd prefer to not do) I think those are the best weapons in your arsenal!.
Unfortunately, there is not much you can do to make a single guy interested in you!.!.!.what you can do is figure out how to become a girl who is attractive to many, many guys!.!.!.and then you get to pick!.
I won't name any resource, but there are lots of eBooks online on how to get guys to be attracted to you (in general) and some of them are really good!.
