We even buy the popcorn in a bag from the supermarket and take some screw top bottles in my wife's handbag!. The cinema makes it's money from the sell ons like food and drink and not the tickets!.
I don't know why but a bag of popcorn doesn't taste the same in front of the TV at home, its almost a MUST HAVE to eat popcorn at the cinema, what do you think!.

Yeah, well it depends who I'm with and if I'm trying to impress them!. But mostly I do sneak in food, not even sure of the official rules of what you can and cannot bring, but just incase I shove it all in my bag!.!.they never check!.

I take my two daughters as a treat, but I always take them just after lunch, so no need for food per se!. I do buy them an Icee/slushy as it is a rare occasion that we go!.
