Student council campaining ideas?!

Let me tell you from expierence that you have to make sure you stand out when you are campaining!. I ran and won my election for Junior Class President when I was in High School and I won because I was different!.

Most of the speaches will go something like this
"Good Morning Students and Faculty, I am so and so and I am running for this!. If elected I promise to yadda yadda!." Half the class will be asleep at this point!. When you go up there remember who you are, I started my speach with "Wassup" I also didnt look like everyone else I wore wide leg dress pants, a dress shirt and a Taz tie!.

also dont plaster the school with posters!. I made like 3 or 4 and strategically placed them so when people walked by they were like hey I havent seen this one before!. also they were very simple one had Bugs Bunny thinking with a thought bubble about who he would vote for and that was it!.

The students have heard the endless promises over and over, I promised them nothing because if you go up there and promise 2 minutes added to lunch and a new soda machine you are not going to be able to keep it, so I said you know I am not making any promises because I dont want to be a lier!. I said that I would help to make my class the best there ever was!.

I also stole some of Ric Flair's moves (16 time world heavyweight wrestling champion), I moved around the stage and I was loud and proud and commanded the audiences attention!.

That is what you should do, be different!.

First, let people know that you are going for that position!. Even the people you don't know,, be optimistic at al times and have a smile!. look confident and sound like you know what your doing!!! I will wear a black dress with some nice high heal shoes ( not to high)!.!. In your essay you should write about your streghts ( loyal, good worker, optimistic, good listener) stuff like that!.!. also write how perfect you will be if you got that position,,, like i said before, you have to show that you want that position!!!!!!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

if you do posters, put some weird fact or picture that catches people's attention, and build on that!. Just doing a hot pink poster won't work, because it'll still look like everyone else's!. Talk to people, tell them why you're campaigning and why they should vote for you!. By the way, if you really want to be the secretary, you should know how to spell campaign, and that "a lot" is two separate words!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

okay id say casual attire but look like really cute so the boys vote for you lol and for the poster use colors instead of white like orange lime green blue or pink!.!. uhmm use glitter pens and put a pretty pic of yourself on it lol and for a slogan idk something with bam and sam lolWww@Enter-QA@Com

oh well i had this last year ( I didn't run)
my friends did!. and their popular loll
what they did was give posters out
stick them around the school
and give out candy or stuff!.
and for the speech make it short and nice so people

The best thing you can do is to spread the word about what you will do that will make Student Council better!. Write a really good essay/speech and prepare for your term in office rather than your campaign!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Be casual, and make sure that when your talking to people, you really are paying attention!.
Go causal, you don't want anyone to think you think your better than them
Making some cupcakes or cookies is always nice!.!.!.
