Jonas Clips and more free!?!

How do you get clips of the Jonas brothers (and other things) and put pieces of them together!? I have been seeing all of these video clips put together to make one video, and I want to make one! I am really focusing on the Jonas Brothers clips because I have a great Idea to put them together, but I need to get some!
