In what situation are you needing to do this!? If it is for a performance review for your job, or for a job interview, what I have done is always produced written letters and cards that were given or sent to me by my patients [customers] as well as the notes that they leave in the "suggestion" or "how are we doing" box that most customer oriented places of work have now!. Always save these, they're good for using in job interviews down the road!. If you've really got the good customer service skills that you state, than you will have some letters , notes, or cards from customers who where impressed by you!. It's very hard to find good customer service anymore!.
also, you can explain how you go 'above and beyond' what is required of you to ensure that the customer is satisfied, and give a detailed example or two!. Show that you genuinely care, also!. That's very important ~ enthusiasm!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
