I don't think so!. He dropped out of U of Minnesota after his freshman year and went to NYC early in 1961, playing in coffee houses and clubs in Greenwich Village!. I think by the end of the year, he had made important contacts and might have signed for his first record contract !.!.!. but don't remember any big concerts at that time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
