Question: Is it illegal to take pictures of a concert, whether its on a camera phone or camera!?
I'm going to the American Idol tour next weekend, and I'm curious as to if I can take pictures of the concert!. I will probably bring a camera and my phone!.!.which one do you suggest I take pictures with!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is still not legal to take pics during concerts however, they will still allow you to bring in phones and binoculars!. They may take your camera away or make you put it in your car, if they check!. Last concert I went to was Daughtery/Bon Jovi and they didn't even check!. However, most phones don't take that great of pictures!. I had picture binoculars and the pictures still didn't turn out great at all!. My suggestion is take a couple, but don't waste the whole concert with it and have fun!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
