fast songs-practice in your mirror until your completely confident in yourself and the good thing about dancing is there isnt really a certain way to do it!. you can do whatever pretty much and just have fun with it!. dont get so caught up in doing it right and looking perfect have fun!.
slow songs-he leads you really dont have to know anything but if you want practice you can ask a friend or a parent or someone to practice with you, but its really easier than you think!. and most ppl dont even slow dance the way were supposed to they just kinda step from side to side real slowly!. but the guy leads you follow and your arms go around his neck or on his shoulders, depends on how close you want to be!.

Just wait for a guy to ask you and wrap your arms around his neck to make him know you are there because i hate it when girls just put their hands on your shoulders!.!.!.
