Because then the busybodies who aren't deaf and have nothing else to do all day except watch tv would be all over 'Right to Reply' moaning about how annoying and distracting the little people signing are!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
There are more people around in the day time so you probably just don't notice the ones signing for the hearing impaired!. also in the day time it is easier to see the lips of someone who is talking and many of these folks have learned to read lips!. That is one reason people often speak normally when they sign!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
