Not without a text package!. Unlimnited text 20 per month per phone or 30 per month for all lines on a family plan!. Text to and from any /att or Cingular are not billed any differently than text and from any other carrier!. Without a text package the messages are 0!.20 cent for a text incoming or outgoing and 0!.30 for picture messagesWww@Enter-QA@Com
