Depends on what you are downloading!. If you are downloading music created and recorded by amature artists, like local bands, etc, then no!. If you are downloading signed artists, then yes!.
Not sure if you can download movies or software, but if you are downloading shareware, no, full programs, yes!. Movie clips, like on YouTube, no, movies like what is in the threaters or on DVD's, yes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
