I assume that this would mean the animal died (had it's living brain removed) for my benefit!. If this was indeed the case then the answer is a "no-brainer"!. (><)

The "animal" I would choose would be the human variety!. Loss of my brain after all is basically my death, so the transplant could save a persons life!. However that doctor would have to be top, leading specialist to be able to pull that kind of thing off!Www@Enter-QA@Com
