Why Are My Guitar Strings Rattling?!

Question: Why Are My Guitar Strings Rattling!?
So I bought a used guitar and the strings were a little old but still had about a month left on them!. I went into the guitar shop today and had them replace the strings!. I told them i didn't know what the gauge was and they put on what they said the gauge looked like!. Well i got home and plugged it in and i noticed that now when i try to play, sometimes the strings make a rattling sound!. I didn't do this before i changed the strings at all!. If i press harder then i normaly do down on the string, it doesn't make that sound, but i can't keep pressing that hard!. Is this just a problem with new strings that will go away or could it be something else!? Mabe they put on a gauge bigger then what it was!? I don't know!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
They probably put a heavier gauge string on it!. You can always change them out yourself!. Just find a string gauge to suit your musical style!. It is possible that the strings may need to be tuned!. also your bridge might have been lowered which could cause the rattle!. Have someone check it out for you who knows what they are doing!. I'd check string gauge first though!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Your guitar is not properly tuned!. You can go to some guitar shop to get it tuned, or even do it yourself by just readjusting the tuning pegs!.it might not be that perfect but it will be satisfactoryWww@Enter-QA@Com

it is because your strings are not tight end right!. you should get a tuner or go in and get it tuned!. my guitar did the same thing!. it was case the strings were not tuned! lol :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
