How much should I pay my boss for his Dave Matthews band tickets?!

Question: How much should I pay my boss for his Dave Matthews band tickets!?
My boss can't use his DMB tickets, so I told him I'd buy them off him!. He said he'd be flexible with what I owe him!. Should I pay him what he paid Ticketmaster (ticket, convenience charges, building facility charges), or should I make a deal like pay for the ticket and one of those charges or something!?!?!? I want to do what's ethically correct, not swindle him!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
Pay him face value and fees!. You treat him well and fully reimburse him he will be more likely to come back to you later with similar offers!. Especially since he could just as easily scalp those tickets for way above cost, and many DMB shows are sold out this summer, so its not like you could get the tickets from TM directly, so if you wanted tickets elsewhere, you would pay WAY above face!.

So yeah, pay him what he paid, its a fair deal and you don't come off as a jerk!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Pay what they cost him, if you want to be politically correct!.

Ethically, you could strike whatever deal you want, there's nothing unethical about negotiating!. But since he's your boss, do you want to cheap out on him!? Might that set the tone for your future relationship as his employee!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
