Question: Any suggestions for my SWEET 16!?
in july, it is my sweet 16TH!!
me and my friend are combinding our parties!
but we are in a pickle, first we were going to have a 90's party and listen to the 90's music like britney and stuff lol just to bring back memories but now we dont want to dress as the 90's becuase the fashion is pretty much what it is today! does anybody have any suggestions on a theme!? could be a year like the 70's or a certain colour or something!?!? we are still gonna play the 90's music but please give me some great ideas

I think in the 90s neon was big so how about neon theme with 90s music!.
