I couldn't explain it without physically showing you but I THINK, this is how you could try it!. Try rock screaming a few times, and listen to some examples of it, As I Lay Dying would be good, or A Shot In The Dark, by A Day To Remember has a lot of examples of growls in that song!. Anyway, I think its basically a low scream, basically singing in a lower tone, just closing up your wind pipe, to achieve the 'growl effect'!. Hope it helped!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
