Question: RUSH Snake and Arrows tour!?
Anybody saw them at the Nokia Theatre last night!? How would you rate the concert!? I am taking my wife to see them at Irvine this Sunday, have good seats, problem is my wife does not remember most RUSH songs!. Are they playing anything from their older albums!? Rush Promises "Surprises" On Next Snakes & Arrows Tour
While Rush loyalists will have no problem with the band revisiting its catalog of hits for the upcoming Rush tour, the band wants fans to know that in addition to familiar tunes, they should also expect the unexpected!. Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson is keeping tight-lipped about the "surprises" he and the band have in store for the next segment of their "Snakes & Arrows World Tour," but hints it will involve a change in their playlist!. He says, quote, "we thought we should revisit some older songs we're not playing currently or haven't been in the last little while!. So we changed out a few songs in the set!." Lifeson also adds that Rush has been gathering footage from the recent concert stops for a new DVD he says will be out in the late summer or early fall and that he and bandmates Geddy Lee and Neil Peart are also brainstorming for Rush's next studio album!. The next leg of Rush's Snakes & Arrows World Tour is scheduled to kick off April 11th in San Juan, Puerto Rico and will run through July 20th!.
