No, 16 is not too old!. I started last July when I was 15, and I just turned 16 in Feb!. Just make sure you get a good teacher!. If you teach yourself, well some keyboards have lessons on them, and you can learn to play songs!. Some good music books are the Berklee Press books and I have a book called The Complete Idiot's Guide to Music Theory!. They seem good, I haven't had much time to look at them!. Depends on how committed you are!.!.!.it's never too late to learn though!.!.!.but if you want to learn just by a basic keyboarding book and a electronic keyboard and a piano!.!.!.if you can get the musical symbols down, playing is no great challenge!.!.!.hope that helps!Www@Enter-QA@Com
It's not too late for anything, but it'll get harder to learn as you get older!.
As for learning, I would suggest learning to read music if you don't know how, and then just start to play simple sheet music!. It might be a good idea to use a metronome to get the tempo right if you don't know the song!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

No, of course not! Learning to play the piano is very easy!. also, you should always go after what you want to do!. If you don't want to play the piano then you shouldn't!. But if you play for just 20 minutes a day then you will learn how to play!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
