I have GA seats for the Honda Civic Tour, how early should I get there?!

Question: I'm going to the Honda Civic Tour on May 30th at The Pageant in St. Louis and I have General Admission (or pit) tickets. So I know from experience that people are going to be pushing through and trying to get as close as they can. AND, the concert is sold out. If the concert starts at 7pm, about what time should I get there? I mean, I want to get close and all, but I'm not willing to stay in line for over 6 hours. hahaha

Go to the bar that is attached to the Pageant early (couple of hours early), have a couple of drinks and hang out until they let people in. I think there is a separate entrance for patrons of that place and you won't have to mix with the people who have been waiting six hours.

Obviously, if you are not of legal age to be in a bar you should call and check if you can get in and I don't know the name of the place or even if it is still open, but when I was going to concerts there that is how we got good positions inside.

Keep in mind that the pit at the Pageant means that you won't have a seat. You will be standing so, depending on the show, your position may change as people shift.

Get there an hour before the doors open.
