Guitar Help!! Les Paul!!!?!
Question: Im only 14 and I want to play blues. I got over $5,000 at hand but I want a good Les Paul. A Supreme or Custom.
I need to know what is better in price and quality. A Gibson Les Paul Custom or Gibson Les Paul SupremeOr maybe a Gibson Firebird) HELP!!!
I also Have a Gibson SG standard and I want to trade that for a good acoustic guitar. Its in very nice condition. Any ideas on what kind of acoustic I should get.

As for a good acoustic to play blues, or any thing else , I use a Martin D45 with a Dean Markley pickup and a Crate G20XL amp. sounds great. To increase the tone I use Martin bluegrass strings.
i`ll choose a fender `cause i think a fender guitar is better than a gibson they are heavy and the design of the fender`s are better, but i only know about electrics guitars, so if you`re looking for acoustics guitars, sorry i can`t help you but you should ask in a guitar`s shop
(sorry if you don`t undestand any word i speak spanish)
Spend the money on lessons- I've been playing for 30+ years on the side(I'm an engineer until 5pm) and I have a Les Paul Studio I paid $450(used) and a Jimmie Vaughan Strat-both great guitars.
Re an acoustic, test drive whatever grabs you-but the important thing is to listen to what comes out of the speaker (or soundhole, for an acoustic).Be the genius with a $5 garage sale special, not the snotty rich kid who can't play the expensive ax his daddy bought him....Good Luck!
