What to wear to Iron Maiden concert?!

Question: I'm going to an Iron Maiden concert, and I've heard quite a few different things about what to wear (Maiden shirt or no, etc.) Oh yeah, I'm a 15 year old girl. Any ideas on what to wear?

Just gonna blurb out some ideas and things you may or may not find useful (I don't know if you're new to gigging or not, so some of this may be a little obvious, sorry!)

Whatever you feel comfortable in! If you're gonna be standing and trying to get near the front, fairly loose trousers / jeans are good, as the crowd (and therefore you) will get immesely hot and sweaty, although you may find if they're too long people will stand on them and trip you up, which is a problem in crowds. Try not to take a bag, they can get in the way in a big crowd, and can also be difficult to keep an eye on, try and take the minimum you can and fit it in your pockets. If you're carrying money / a phone with you, think about taking a couple of safety pins and safety-pinning where they are up, then you wont have to worry so much about losing your phone / wallet. Even safety pinning the inside of your bag before you do it up can be useful, it may deter a pickpocket and give you more time to realise if someone's trying to steal from you. A simple T-shirt is good, there will be a lot of people wearing Maiden ones, but whether you want to or not is up to you, people wont care wither way. I would suggest avoiding vest tops and your favourite T-shirts, as they can get grabbed and stretched. Heels are mainly a no-no, the only exception in my opinion is is they're chunky platforms, like New Rocks or similar. It's especially useful if you're a little on the short side, not only will you be able to see better, but in a particularly crushy crowd, the few extra inches make it easier to breathe and make you more visible to people behind coming forward.

Personally, at gigs I generally wear 3/4 length black cut-offs, plain black shirt and either a pair of trainers or my New Rocks, but I fight for the front! If you don't mind standing a little way back it doesn't matter as much what you wear, as long as you're happy with it. In the end, most people will be wearing jeans and a t-shirt, if you're asking because you want to fit in, anything approximating that will be fine, but really, there'll be thousands of people there, no-one will care what you look like! Most importantly... HAVE FUN!

Jeans with Huge holes in the knees, concert Tshirt, bandanna, chain wallet, cheap high top shoes with over size tongues that hang out and a mullet. and your ready to rock
