On one of his more famous characters, Peanut, they were going through airport security and either a dog sniffed it out or some machine detected a strange odor coming from the puppet. It was discovered that Peanut had some kind of strange lotion on it. Jeff (nor Walter) had no clue where the lotion had come from.
