He's has so much success, its hard to call him underrated. But compared to musicians I really like, Lynne's music lacks diversity.
He was way ahead of his time as far as producing,and composition(ELO).Its too bad he couldnt have gotten away with playing recordings at his concerts.Then again that technology wasnt around then like it is today,Heck even the Beatles couldnt get the entire tracks in a live concert,because a lot of stuff could only be made in studios only.
