general admission means you just go in. there's probably not going to be anywhere to sit, paramore shows and other shows like that are usually in places people only stand. if there is a seat number, disregard it. you'll just go in and stand with a crowd (I'd get up front early if you want to see them close, because people tend to not let you through once the show starts)
Ask when you get there.
General admission is standing (in all the venues I've been to anyway).
What venue is it?
I've never heard of a general admission ticket having a seat number on it (as it's contradictory).
In any case, if you're not sure, just ask the venue staff when you get there, they'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
