Don't giggle, don't use your normal voice, don't call any close friends and block your number! Don't pester the person your talking with too much (they might call the police if they're jerks) and don't use really lame crap or they'll hang up on you right away. (You know, the typical. IS YUR REFRIGIRATOR RUNNIGN?!) Try to be original and do something believable and unexpected.

never stay on the phone more than 30 seconds. most locators take up to a minute but i know of at least 1 person that has a tracker that locates in 30 seconds. flip through the phone book and find funny names. prank phone calls are bad and all but plenty of people have done them.
