Secret to winning radio contests...?!
Question: So this entire week my local radio station is having contests to win stuff for the Jonas Brothers concert's. I think for pretty much all of them you have to be like, the 10th or hundreth caller and I was just wondering how to get through! I participated in one other contest like this and I couldn't get through at all! I know redial works is good and all, but is there any other way to improve my chances? Thanks yall. =D

The biggest piece of advice I can give you is just be persistent!
Eventually you will get through.
Use multiple phones, and remember that landlines are faster than cell phones.
One secret:
for contests where you have to be caller 50 or 100 (something high). If the dj is answering the phones fast enough, sometimes you can stay on the line after they hang up and they will actually come back to you before it disconnects.
Try it sometime
It's really about being persistant and patient. I found out that if you call from a house phone it's much easier to get through than it is from cell phones. I did win like 4-5 contests in the past when I was younger and didn't take that much effort. So just don't give up and try when less people are listening, maybe nights or early mornings.
