How many people here consider themselves musically diverse?!

I would have thumbed-up you. I listen to everything from classical to bluegrass to death metal to rap. My favorite band is the Ramones and I love seventies schlock like Manilow and Gilbert O'Sullivan. I might have The Sex Pistols and the soundtrack to Wicked in my CD player simultaneously. I consider my interest diverse.

I've been told by various people that I have eclectic taste in music. I like all kinds. There is nothing wrong with that. Does anyone actually believe they own a genre of music? A lot of music bands/groups probably don't like being categorized.
im a country girl but i listen to everything and my chorus teacher has me interested in jazz which i never used to listen to

Funny story when i was in Jr high,we car pooled.We always listened to rock,well I was always singing.After a while i noticed then it was on country,their i was singing again...lol.well then the next day i got in the car and it was on rap...well i was singing away,everybody was laughing.they were trying to find a station i didnt know the songs.I guess they didnt like my singing...lol!!!!
