I'm going to my first concert ever next month... advice?!
Question: It's The Audition, Hit The Lights, The Morning Light, Every Avenue, and Kiros. I'm going with for sure one friend that I know, and possibly 2 others.
So is there any advice on what time to get there, how to meet the band, how long do concerts usually last, what should I wear? I just wanna have an AMAZING time, be in the front, and meet The Audition. Any advice for me?! Thanks!

There is no guarantee to meet the band. However, if you stay a little bit longer afterwards, they usually give things out like drumsticks, set lists, guitar picks etc. Meeting the band though, is very unlikely, and it is possible the staff will kick people out of the venue immediately after the show, so don't get your hopes up. My tip: Look on the ground when everyone leaves, things fall out of peoples' pockets like money, wallets, cell phones etc. Have fun!
Just chill and enjoy it. Dress down as these places can get very hot & stuffy.
If you've got reserved seats then you don't need to get there too early; obviously if it's free-standing, the earlier you get there the better.

yeah its going to be hott and nasty usually when I go now I like to be in a big area so you can actually breath.
Don't wear a sock on your..wait that's inappropriate and you don't have one anyway.
have fun , wear something comfortable but nice at the same time. high hills might be a problem , you can get really tired and end up taking your shoes off.
