Is this guitar fixable?!
Question: id like to by a guitar like this but dont have alot of money so id like to know if its fixable

it has a few scratches and on the back where the neck and the body join theres a piece that isnt conected but i think hed send it also in the same spot theres a spot where it is kinda splintered. is it fixable? or is it a smart buy if it is fixable

Yikes! Looks like he had a bad day - I don't know that I would spend the money. The body is damaged at the joint and I doubt you'll be able to do anything stable enough to keep the guitar in tune after a repair.
If you're interested in the Epiphone brand, keep looking. If you're interested in the body style alone, there are several knock-off brands that sound pretty good and don't cost an arm and a leg.
I wouldn't buy it. You would have to take it to a good guitar tech and even then I doubt he could do much. The chances are the guitar will always have sound problems.
