Play the "I have never" game. This game works for any number of people (I learned it at my church in a group of about 40 kids, then played it at my friend's party with only 10-ish people) Here's how it works:

1) Get some chairs or sleeping bags in a circle. Make sure there's one less seat than there are people. Have everyone take a seat in the circle, but have one person (the one without a seat) stand in the middle.
2) Have that person say "I have never...(an activity.)" the more common the thing, the better (For example, name a really common hair color, like blond or brown.)
3) All the people who have done that thing need to, as quickly as possible, move to another seat (anyone who hasn't done it stays where they are.)
4) The person that's left standing needs to do a dare (you may want to have some ideas ready if you don't want the dares to get too crazy), then the "I have never..." thing
5) and so on

Bonus edition (invented by my youth group):
If you have a bigger group and you want to make the game more interesting, try this:
1)Have someone who's not playing (your mom or someone) put some bread in a toaster, then put it on a random setting (so you don't know how long it'll take or how toasted it'll be.)
2) Get every condiment in your house -- ketchup, tartar sauce, jelly, caramel, whatever. Put them near the toaster.
2) Play the game as usual, but if someone's standing when the toast is ready, the person that went before them gets to have some fun. Have the person that went before whoever is standing when the toast was ready go play with the toppings and make an icky sandwich (I hear the horseradish and peanut butter is to gag for.) whoever was standing needs to take at least two bites of that sandwich.

Sorry if those instructions were confusing. I swear, this game can keep you busy forever.

Some other ideas:
-Charades
-Hide-and-seek (that game will never stop being fun for me)

Or you could watch movies or something.

Party on!!!

balderdash!

Try playing 21 questions orrr Would You Rather....that's always interesting!

If you get sick of games after a while, you should take a bunch of funny pics or make snacks haha
