Ticket master are the company that Live Nation (who are a live music promotors) use to sell tickets through. the show is put on by LN, TM simply sell the tickets.
These are both ticket agencies, who charge a fee for selling you a ticket.
Check the fees and make your choice.
I have dealt with ticketmaster, they seem OK, I have never heard of livenation.
