I have heard girls are getting very strong nowdays and they can lift weights ..are there girls who can lift and carry guys. I am 64 kgs (145lbs). How easy do you think that would be to carry me piggyback or on shoulders ?

That's not much of a feat. The strongest man is pretty much guaranteed to be stronger than the strongest woman.
Yes, many women could easily lift and carry you. My Aunt is a firefighter, and she would have no trouble picking me up and carrying me out of a burning building, even with all her gear on.

I never used to think I was weak when I was at my all girls' school, but when I left and made some male friends, I've started to notice.
That's not true, especially in terms of bodily strength and under normal, average circumstances. Nature did not build the female human to be the stronger. Obviously we're not talking about a female body-builder versus a sixteen-year-old male who plays video games all day. Now, for a girl to be FASTER than a guy, that's more feasible. I've done it.
