Question: Heard tht his biological father filled a lawsuit against his adoptive parents demanding a paternity test and to get custody of Jae after almost 20 years of absentation from Jae's life. Is this true? Actually this news is abt 2 years ago. But until now...only i know.

It's true. JaeJoong's birth name was Han Jae Joon, but he was adopted. When the adoption was made public, he announced that he wanted to stay as Kim Jae Joong. He has two half siblings. There was a very public custody battle, but his birth father dropped the case after Jae's announcement.
