Hand gets tired when playing piano?!

Question: Hi. I've been playing piano for almost 6 years. Just recently, my right hand gets tired easily when playing songs with long stretches or long songs that are fast such as Prelude and Fugue in D Major by Bach. I heard from my old piano teacher this shouldn't happen and can damage my wrist. Anyway, why is this happening? I think it's because I'm too tense and not relaxing but I don't know how to stop it. I try so hard to relax but as I play, it gets worse and worse.

yea i think you should relax a bit. i know this sounds weird, but wearing a wrist band helps. i wear it when i am in a tense mood. try to loosen up and keep ur form good, cuz if u don't, u may develop carpel tunnel and it'll hurt ur wrists. good luck! :D
