Ammerican Idol DAVID ARCHULETA?!
Question: ok.... who agrees with me... the kid is just a bit overrated... and not martketable at all... he has a good voice but no stage presence. he wears his pants above his bellybutton!.. anyways... i am not here to bash him but, yes he has a great voice for a 17 year old and he doesnt apear to have a voice and when he starts singing he surprises anyone.. not because his voice is outstanding but because he can sing pretty good.. so it surprises everyone... but, i mean in some of the songs that he does you can tell that he is hitting the highest note he can hit and its not even that high... in my eyes he is just a bit overrated and a bit too fruity. he only sounds good when he doesnt have to hit a high pitch.. he sounds good when he makes a deep voice but, come on we all know if we had to sit through a concert with him up there singing for 2 hours it would be dreadful.... what is eveyones opinion?

If the show is what the judges keep harping on...a singing competition...he should win.

The black girl isn't half as good as David (or a great many of the girls from the past few seasons), though she's better than Jordan Sparks if you ask me.
The Asian girl was good, but she has choked for real...plus she needs to quit doing that goofy thing she does with her lips between stanzas.
Brooke White (in a subtle way) is the only other person that I think has a fighting chance of being a unique artist.
Hey...I usually pull for the underdog on A.I., but this time...I gotta say...David can just plain outsing the rest.
great answer above . totally agrees. archuleta got wad it takes i think.. i think the most important thing is to have a gd voice, the rest he can work on it later on.
