try getting more excercise.. for a while i didn't do any kind of like excercise at all and i didn't sleep well. and make sure u relax before going to bed so ur not stressing b/c that will keep u from sleeping. listening to ur ipod might make u fall asleep...

turn on the tv and lay down

The reason you are not getting any sleep can be associated with emotional or mental tension, anxiety, depression, work problems, financial stress or unsatisfactory sex life.

Any illness that can cause pain or discomfort may cause sleeplessness. The more energy you consume the more sleep you will need.

SLEEP TIPS

Avoid alcoholic drinks in late evening.

Cut back on coffee, tea, and other sources of caffeine.

Don't eat a large, late evening meal before going to bed.

Engage in some other form of exercise before going to bed.

Don't use your bedroom as a place to work.

Drink a warm milk drink before going to bed.

Get up and read or do something else, if you are unable to fall asleep within half an hour.

Take a warm bath before going to bed.

Avoid naps if they interfere with your normal sleep pattern.

Go to bed and awaken at approximately the same time each day, including weekends.

Avoid stimulating activities prior to bed such as watching TV, working or video games.

Ensure that your bed and bed clothing are comfortable.

Check that your bedroom is cool, quiet and dark.

Use the bedroom only for sleeping and sex.

do work by heart,think for future and when you are on sleep time think by open eyes,what you can able to do for society,country,and family and what other are doing? think even though ,if you are not doing any thing for them ,they are living in their world.so i mean when you go for sleep,think for god and try to read good books so day by day you will be become normal.

try meditation, or listen to soft music while going to sleep.

Surprising that for answering a reader's question, someone has given various numbers of x,y,z.... which does not serve any purpose to the answer of the sender.. It would have been better had the Questioner given some more details. However, I would suggest that you start hearing music of your choice, it will work. Alternatively, sit on the question and try to answer the questions in the Yahoo.Answers. When you get, tired up, have a glass of milk (boiled) and within a short span, you will feel sleepy. And when you wake up the next morning, you would feel fresh.

listen to music!!

Just pick up your text books and try studying them. You will see amazing result. If you don't believe ask any student about its miracle efficacy.
