You mean toss her out so she could go to another club and do the same thing. No, give her a citation, if in fact there is a city ban on smoking in nightclubs. She may think twice the next time. Any violaters can be fined instantly on the spot. Nightclubs who refuse to comply can receive fines in the neighborhood of several thousand dollars. If in the UK, club fines can be up to ￡2,500 per violation.
