use multiple phones. call at weird hours when most people aren't listening (late at night, around lunch, VERY early morning). ALWAYS keep calling UNTIL they say they have a winner!

Don't have a life so you can sit around and call the radio station all day. My sister's husband doesn'y work and he wins tickets all the time.
I once knew this lady that was known for winning tickets because of the way she did it. She had a phone with 2 lines, and as one was starting to speeddial one she would through that on hold and speeddial with her second line... and keep switching as they answer the phones or however the contest is played....
