Well, on their blog, where they posted the comp, it didnt say a closing date, but considering their 1st UK show starts on Monday (10th) then the closing date is probably before that, maybe sunday night? Just tell your friend to enter ASAP, and hopefully she'll be in with a chance!
Can't you just look it up on a panic at the disco web site or a fan website or better yet just look and see if this competition has a website ? everything and everyone has a web site these days
I don't know why it wouldn't have one.
