Slow loading. Need some graphics on the front page.
Layout and design are fine for information purposes. Really depends on goals and needs for the site.

Typical. Boring. Bad color combination. Definitely a pre-made layout that took all of 20 minutes to make. Counters are for homestead-made 6th-grader websites. "Welp" makes the page unnecessarily dragged on.

I would not return to the site.
(That's just my honest opinion, I'm not trying to sound negative.)
Most websites are brighter and with good reason. If the user is bored, lethargic, mundane, or otherwise dragged down by dark colors, it's not likely that they'll return or be enthused about the material. Additionally, most people prefer brighter colors.
Pink red white and black do not work well together in that combination. If you're dedicated to those colors, you're probably better off going with Red and pink as your table colors, white as the background color, and black as the color of the text.
Additionally, images and interactivity go a long way.
