My utopian city, praises and criticism?!
Question: I have been playing SimCity on Zsnes using the following set of PAR codes, created by me myself, to have infinite budget :
7e0b9d, 7e0b9e, 7e0b9f, 7e0ba1, 7e0ba2, 7e0ba3
With 999999$ in my hand, I managed to build and develop a large utopian city without restrictions. In that city, no taxes are collected, pollution and crime rate are very low despite high population density and growth rate, the police and fire force are very effective. This utopian city's only downside is relatively high housing costs.
I would like to present 30 snapshots giving a representative overview of my work and know your opinion about this : If you imagine that utopia existed, would it be in your opinion really ideal and desirable to live in, and what would be its downsides other than housing costs?
