Now you need the drummer and maybe someone who plays the keyboard.Write your songs, put it to music. Try around school or put up some fliers that you are looking for people your age that have and play those. ( stores that sell musical instruments and give lessons, might know someone who is interested in joining your band)
See how you all sound together and then you start practicing! My neighbors kids and friends used to practice in their garage every day.
That's pretty much how it starts and you may find some members of your group have to be replaced..
But, that's how most of the famous bands started and some are still garage bands, never made it famous but their music is really good.

After that, you can make flyers and post them around stores or neighborhoods saying you have a band. People can come see your band play!
as someone else said, it's best to plan a small concert and put up flyers. Try getting a drummer before you do. A drummer will help people keep to the beat of the songs you play. Do you have songs you wrote? If not, you should probably write one. Don't just do songs other people have written, because people may find you copycats and may not think much of you. Hope that helps!
