Women have a better chance of getting in then men. You have to get a formal invite from Hugh himself, usually by sending in shots of yourself and if he likes them, he'll invite you to the mansion. For guys, you pretty much have to be famous or a relative of one of the Playmates to be allowed inside. Most celebrities attend only the mansion parties, but some can come whenever they're invited :)
