Hotel Babylon isn't really a hotel as such, but it is filmed in a hotel in Holborn Viaduct. I'm not sure of the name though.
The film set is done at an industrial warehouse and the external scenes including aerial photography are filmed in London. The hotel does not exist is 'real-life'.
