Bluenotes have had some, I got a HELP (from the movie) shirt from sears.
Basically there a various ones in random stores. I can't reccomend a particular store, unless you happen to have a Rock Candy Boutique. I know there is one in Halifax, Nova Scotia, its just a band shirt store mostly. So if you're ever in Halifax, check that out. Montreal I don't know though.
