Please answer if you have the experience of age?!
Question: I wonder if you miss the old t.v. programs we used to enjoy, like I Love Lucy, All in The Family, Happy Days, etc. Anymore all programs have the same story line, which is vulgarity and sex. Now I do not have anything against sex, but when that is all that is offered, it is very boring. The old programs were very funny without vulgarity and cussing every word. We don't even watch anymore. What ever happened to good clean fun???
I am sure the younger generation will call me an old fool, so be it. My question is, I guess, am I the only one unhappy about it.

I'm a little older.I've noticed that too.The new shows are somewhat suggestive and vulgar.Doesn't say alot for the creativeness of the producers.We don't watch alot of tv either.A few shows.Thats it.The answer is simple.Sex,violence,vulgarity sells.Unfortunatly it also puts ideas in kids heads and currupts them worse.They have enough of that in society.New age,new filth.
Some of the shows are ok.Some I say.
Some of the good ol actors are either dead or too old to do anything.Thats part of the problem.They had taste.Dignity.The new ones comming out aren't as picky.So anything goes.I don't think they have the funny corisma the older actors did.They're not really funny.Only a few.But put them in a tasteful show?lol.Thats another story.
Its been replaced by new age stuff.
i do miss those shows!!!!!! i watched them all the time when i was younger. they were nice family oriented shows. my family and i woudl have family nite with nick at night. we would also watch red skelton movie collections too.
